The 10k route will be the same as last year. While challenging in certain sections it is one of the most scenic 10k runs around.

It starts in Kill Village at the local Church/Saplings school. It will travel past the local shop taking a left out towards Hartwell Road. Along this road you will veer left past BAM as far as Arthurstown. Here go right onto the L2019 and continue past Haynestown House taking a right at the bottom of this hill. Continue here along the walls area back into Johnstown passing the allotments, the Irish Equine centre and the Playbarn on the way.

In Johnstown village take a right passing the Knights Hospitaller’s graveyard and then later the John Devoy memorial and head back towards Kill GAA club.

4 K Run

We are also hosting a 4k fun run.

This route will start at the church going through the village past the GAA club and under the bridge at Goffs. It will loop around past Goffs and up the motorway bridge and back to the GAA club along the Kill/Johnstown Road joining those who are completing the 10k route.
